Our buffet features an impressive spread including:
Prime rib, carved ham, honey fried chicken, pork and beef ribs, smoked salmon, iced shrimp, made-to-order omelets, salad and dessert stations, vegetable medley, cheese enchiladas, chiles rellenos, Mexican rice, menudo, biscuits and gravy, home potatoes, bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese blintzes, pancakes, French toast, corned beef hash, bread pudding, our famous desserts, and surprise chef’s choice items!
